The Pre-Paid Card tab is on your site in the first row of navigation tabs at the top of the main page directly under the header graphic. It says "Pre-Paid Cards".

 

 
On the back of the Pre-Paid Card there should be an IP address to go to for the Pre-Paid Card page. It should be http://jazzmonvod.com/card.php
 
The user will then enter the 16 digit Pre-Paid Card number and click SUBMIT.
 
They will then be directed to the Create an account page to create an account.
 
After they create the account the 30 minutes is added to the account and they can watch the movies.
