All exercises on this page is to be done in 3 sets with 15  reps 

This exercise is one of the exercise which will help build your back. 

back workout   lat pull down

For this one you will need a machine.  You may have a home gym or you will find one in  the recreation room in your apartment complex or Gym.

Adjust the sit.   Grab the bar  shoulder width.  sit erect.  As you pull the poll  down throw your chest out.  Bring the pole to your upper chest.  This exercise should be done nice and slow. 

Look at the back workout mpeg.  It will show you the correct way to perform the exercise.

3 sets @ 15   reps 

One arm row

 

You can use a can out vegetables or Dumbbells.

Take  your right hand & leg, place both on the sofa.  Take  a can or dumbbell into your left hand.  Allow your arm to extend toward the floor.  Pull your arm up by bending it at the elbow. Keep elbows in.  As close to your body as possible. You should feel a pull at your upper back near your armpit.
