Crunches MPEGS coming soon

I suggest you do these everyday.  as man as you can 

 3 sets

Lie on the floor.  Place your hands behind your head.  Bend your legs.  You may bend them at the knee & upward or you may bend at the knee leaving your feet on the floor. 

Tuck in your chin.   Roll your upper body up using your tummy muscles. Please don't do a sit up.  (sit-ups will give you a bugle at the bottom of your tummy) Squeeze the tummy muscles as you roll upward.

Next exercise

 Keep the same position as above.

 Bring your knees into your tummy.  Rolling your back upward.  Pull with your tummy muscles. 

When you get advance you can combine the two exercises into one movement.

By Pulling tuck chin inward and knees inward using your  entire tummy muscles.
