It is very important to perform every exercise strict and with control.  Never allow the weight to control you.  You must always be in control of the weights.  No matter how light or heavy.  Never risk form to be able to lift heavier.

The amount of weight to a degree isn't important.  What is important is the amount of weight you need to grow.  Safety is very important.  I know you have seen men in the gym lifting more weight then they can lift properly.

Don't worry about it.  You shouldn't be looking around the gym when you are there to train.  Get your workout.  Don't carry on needless conversations.

If you are here because you have a weight problem the eating plan is very important for you.  Actually the "Eating Plan" it is very important for everyone rather you want to build, lose or stay in shape.

If you train at home you will need a Bar.  A 45 lb Olympic bar with weights would be best.

Remember to always warm up.  If you have never train before and you have just bought your first gym membership you should start off doing approx 4 to 6 weeks on the machines to warn your body you are getting ready to let's say  reshape it.  Let’s get started.

Push ups will help build define the chest, shoulders and back.   Try doing 3 sets of however many you can when you find the time.
