Welcome To Time Is Limit Page
For Housewives We all know by being mothers and professionals at the same time can be hectic. "You know what I mean TIME IS LIMITED" We as women who have professions and a family or if you are a house wife "TIME IS LIMIT" This page is dedicate to women that fall within this category. Lets call this page "MY TIME IS LIMIT" You are in the kitchen cooking or watching the kids or maybe, you are watching television. In between stirring the pot "so to speak"... Take 2 cans out of the kitchen cabinet. Lets begin with one of our flabby areas. "What do you think that would be? Of course it could be any body part. Have you ever wave goodbye? What did you notice waving other then your hands? No, not that body part. RIGHT!! The triceps of the arm which is located opposite of your biceps. (Under your arm).
I will put up photos and mpegs demonstrating how to perform each exercise. Lets get started. Lets meet 3 times a week for the first 8 weeks. First exercise Triceps Extensions 1 st repetition take a can in one of your hands (it can be a large can or small one which ever you can handle. Most of you will be able to handle a large can if your hands aren't too small to hold it.) Extend or raise your arm in the air. Bend it at the elbow. Now, extend it straight up. Do this 15 times. That was one set and 15 repetitions. Rest for 60 seconds. Repeat these instructions 3 times. You will have completed 3 sets of 15 repetitions which equal a total of 45 repetitions. "Insert Photo here" Next exercise Biceps Curls The bicep is the top part of the arm. Opposite the triceps. ( It starts right below the shoulders extending to the crease of the elbow)). "Insert Photo here" Take a can in each hand. Elbows at your side. Proceed to bend arms up at elbows keeping elbows at your side. Curl the arm slowly up and down. Repeat this 15 times. That was one set and 15 repetitions. Rest for 60 seconds. Repeat these instructions 3 times. You will have completed 3 sets of 15 repetitions which equal a total of 45 repetitions.
