I recommend to do push-ups every morning. Start off with as many as you can do. Rest for a moment.
repeat this exercise 3 times doing as many repetitions as you can.
This exercise will help built and put striations in the front & rear delts (shoulders), chest, triceps (back of the arm) and back. See the video clip for correct form and how to execute the push-up.
At first you won't be able to do many. Like with anything the more you do the better and more you will be able to do.
Housewives, may execute this exercise by placing your knees in a bent positions and push up with the arms instead, of being on their toes.
