If you already have a treadmill routine. Your first treadmill workout with me will be 30 minutes.
If you are advance you first workout with me will be an hour.

Calories burned w/ physical exercise. e.g. tread mill: 650 calories/burned per hr. Can create a table for Healthy range of body fat for Males & females & ages.
Too much body fat puts you at risk for heart disease and stroke, adult-onset diabetes, cancer, sleep apnea, osteoarthritis, gout & gallbladder disease. Taking preventive measures can help reduces your risk of these chronic diseases. According to the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention, you can lower your risk w/ a healthy lifestyle, etc. etc. Also consider early detection screening for cancer, diabetes, etc. etc. as foot note.
